Celsior is a full-size sedan produced by Toyota Motor Corporation which was 1st introduce in Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune as secret car.
Description[]
This is a big sedan with the largest emission volume and largest number of cylinders in this game. This rich engine power is only for actualizing a rich driving experience, not for pursuing high speeds. But once you try this, its surprising "power", not speed, will conquer all other cars.
This car (with taxi variant) was not available in the U.S. version of Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 5, along with Toyota Aristo. Gatchan's personal car in that version was replaced by Crown Athlete (GRS204).

Despite being a full-sized luxury sedan, this car is great in terms of handling, and also has good acceleration for later 3rd - early 4th gears, thanks to the buff in Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 5. Since this car has the 2nd longest length in-game, users will need to be cautious with both ends of this car when making sharp turns on small roads. It is also one of the heaviest vehicle in the game (with around 1,7 tons, the same as the twin-turbocharged Mitsubishi GTO), making it a great blocker, combined with its length. Outside Japan, it's known as the Lexus LS.

Trivia[]
- In Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 4 and onwards, using this car will have Gen "Gatchan" Sasaki tune up your car for you after the race instead of Jun Kitami himself. However, this scene became unused in the North American version of Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 5, due to Toyota Celsior being removed in this version.
- A special taxi version is available as a secret car available by highlighting the regular Celsior and inputting 1-N-5-N-6-N-2 three times on the gear shifter.
- Beginning in Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6, a special taxi version of Celsior can be obtained via Terminal Scratch in Full Tune and this car is recently seen in Japan and Asia version only.
- In Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 1 and 2, this Celsior along with Nissan Fairlady Z 300ZX Z31 are hidden and it can unlock via cheat code 6-4-3. In Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3 onward, this car become fully selectable alongside Z31.
- Due to licensing issue, Celsior along with Aristo and Soarer, only exclusive for Oceania, Indonesia, Asia and Japan.
